In either case you must send us a fax with the slip, showing your payment to fax 0 2354 5221 - or e-mail the slip to "chairman (at) sss.or.th" or "treasurer (at) sss.or.th".
You can also send us a check including your contact information for payment identification, or pay in person, Tuesdays to Fridays between 10 and 12 at our office: 34 Phayathai Building B 5th floor, Sri Ayuthaya Road. Ratchatewi, Bangkok 10400.
